Two hundred and seventeen dollars a month buys weekly time with a local SEO agency owner. Ten reviews exist to tell you whether that is worth it.

This is a research review. I have not joined and have paid nothing. It draws on the public Skool page, the reviews Skool restricts to paying members, and Caleb Ulku’s public profiles, captured on 9 September 2026.

Quick Decision

Worth it if you already do local SEO for money and want weekly access to someone running an agency at scale.

Skip it if you are learning the basics. There is a $27 tier for that, and the Pro page does not explain why you would jump.

Who Caleb Ulku Is

He describes himself as a seven-figure local SEO agency owner and a former chemical engineer, teaching the systems he uses to rank businesses on Google.

Facebook, LinkedIn and a website are all listed publicly on his Skool profile. That is more transparency than most founders in this ranking offer, and it means you can check him in a few minutes rather than taking the page’s word.

The engineering background shows in how the community is pitched. The description leads with what is working right now rather than principles.

What The Weekly Calls Are

The page is unambiguous that live calls are the product. Everything else is described as supporting material.

The format members describe is specific and unusual: you bring a real client’s rank map on screen and get direct advice on it. That is consulting, not a webinar, and it is the honest justification for the price.

The page argues these calls should cost $500 a month minimum. That is the seller’s framing and there is no market data behind it, but the underlying point stands. Group consulting is priced above courses everywhere.

The $27 Question

A separate community called AI SEO Mastery runs at $27 a month. In an August 2026 review, a laundromat owner writes that she is already a paying member there and asks whether she needs this one too.

That question sitting unanswered in the public reviews is the clearest signal in this whole listing. A two-tier structure is fine. A two-tier structure where paying members cannot tell what they are buying is a pricing problem, and at eight times the price it is one you should resolve before you pay.

What $217 Includes

Beyond the calls, the page names all advanced training modules, the exact AI prompts the agency uses, techniques for getting ChatGPT to recommend local businesses, and beta access to something called the Core 30 AI Agent that builds optimised local SEO content.

The ChatGPT piece is the most forward-looking item here. Getting recommended inside AI answers is where local search is going, and most local SEO training has not caught up.

The Core 30 agent is beta. That word is doing real work: part of what you are paying for is not finished.

Inside The Library

Members699

Modules268
Posts in the feed2,953
Admins12

Two hundred and sixty-eight modules across eight courses is a focused library rather than a sprawling one, which fits a single-subject community.

Twelve admins on 699 members is roughly one per 58. That is among the best ratios I have seen anywhere in this ranking.

How The Feed Compares

Just under 3,000 posts across 699 members works out at roughly four posts each. Set that against communities in the same ranking running ten or twenty times the volume and the picture is clear.

This is a live-call community with a forum attached, not the other way round. Members show up for the call, ask their question, and leave. If a busy round-the-clock feed is part of what you want from a paid community, this is not that.

The Refund Question

A four-star review from 4 September 2026 reads, in full, as a member asking how to get a refund.

No anger, no accusation. Just someone who paid, wanted out, and could not work out how.

That is a smaller problem than a refusal, and a bigger one than nothing. Before you join, find out what the refund window is and who you contact, because at least one member could not find that answer where they expected it.

What The Reviews Praise

The written ones are specific in a way that helps.

One member joined for local SEO training and stayed for the system, describing weekly huddles where you put a client’s rank map on screen and get direct advice rather than theory, and notes UK-specific features being added. Another calls it the best Skool group they have been part of and praises the tools. A third credits Caleb and the moderators and frames it as being locked in as SEO changes.

Across ten reviews, nobody names a ranking gained or revenue earned. At this price that absence is worth noticing.

The evidence behind AI SEO Mastery Pro: its Skool rating, how many members reviewed it, and the affiliate commission it pays

Don’t Join If

  • You are new to SEO. The $27 tier exists and this one assumes you have clients.
  • You cannot attend live. The calls are the product, and recordings are not the same thing.
  • You run a single local business. Much of the advice targets people managing many.
  • You have not confirmed the refund terms. One member could not find them.

My Verdict

I score AI SEO Mastery Pro 4.1 out of 5. The live-call format is genuinely consulting rather than content, the admin ratio is excellent, the founder is publicly verifiable, and the AI-answers angle is ahead of most local SEO training.

The deductions are about clarity rather than quality. Ten reviews cannot carry a $217 monthly price, the relationship to the $27 tier is undefined even for people already paying, and at least one member could not find the refund process.

None of that is a warning to stay away. It is a list of three questions to ask in the feed before you pay, and if the answers are good the product underneath looks strong. For a different premium AI SEO community at a similar price, our AI SEO Rainmakers review covers the closest comparison, and the AI Profit Boardroom review covers a cheaper generalist option.

The Breakdown

Full pros & cons

What we liked
  • Weekly live calls where members bring a real client rank map on screen
  • 268 modules across 8 courses, focused entirely on local SEO rather than general marketing
  • Caleb Ulku's agency, background and profiles are all publicly checkable
  • 12 admins on 699 members, a strong ratio for a community this size
  • Covers getting ChatGPT to surface local businesses, which most SEO training still ignores
What could be better
  • Only 10 reviews exist, which is thin evidence for a $217 monthly commitment
  • A separate $27/month tier exists and the difference is not explained on the Pro page
  • One reviewer asked publicly how to get a refund, so the process is not obvious
  • The 40% affiliate rate means most write-ups you find are commission-driven
  • The Core 30 AI Agent is beta, so part of what you pay for is unfinished

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does AI SEO Mastery Pro cost?
The Skool listing showed $217 per month on 9 September 2026 and the join button carried the same figure. A separate community called AI SEO Mastery runs at $27 per month, and a member review from August 2026 asks whether they need both. The Pro page does not explain the difference, so ask before you pay, especially if you are already in the cheaper one.
What is the difference between AI SEO Mastery and AI SEO Mastery Pro?
The Pro page does not say. What it does say is that the core of Pro membership is weekly live group calls with Caleb, plus all advanced training modules, the agency's AI prompts, and beta access to a content agent. The reasonable reading is that $27 buys the material and $217 buys live access to him. A paying member asked this question publicly in a review, which tells you the distinction is not obvious from the outside.
Is a 4.9 from 10 reviews enough to trust?
It is a positive signal on a very small base. Skool only lets paying members review, so nothing is fabricated, but 10 reviews across 699 members is under two percent. The written ones praise the live huddles and the direct advice on real client rank maps. One four-star review from September 2026 simply asks how to get a refund, which is worth knowing before you join.
Who is Caleb Ulku?
He runs a local SEO agency he describes as seven figures and is a former chemical engineer. His Facebook, LinkedIn and website are listed publicly on Skool, so his background is straightforward to verify yourself. He runs the weekly calls personally, which is the main thing the Pro tier sells.
Is this for agencies or for business owners?
Both are in the room, and that shapes the calls. Reviews mention a laundromat owner and members bringing client rank maps, so you get agency operators and the businesses they would serve in the same session. If you run one local business, you are paying $217 a month for advice partly aimed at people managing dozens.
